Our Mission

This organization is established by the AFL-CIO as a membership organization for Trade Unionists who are united around the goal of promoting the needs of Asian Pacific American Workers. This organization is committed to develop a comprehensive strategy to organize Asian Pacific Americans into Unions, and to promote the participation and leadership of Asian Pacific Americans within the Labor Movement. This organization is further dedicated to strengthening International Labor Solidarity, especially with Labor Unions of Asia and the Pacific.
